Review: Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction is a great movie. It also gets better with every viewing, especially if you happen to have a big theater screen, where all the compositions BIG to get bigger and more detailed. How else is there to talk about it after all these years? Its full of dynamite, sudden, and always interesting, large, and of course, the smart dialogue and memorable characters. Also, the acting is always something to watch as simple turns, on, subtle, and just downright intimidating and spot-on. The trend is one of the best that we have seen Tarantino, as he walked to his unconventional choices shots in, but never in a way that is distracting. And the writing has already been said, has been copied by many, and was only a select few. The sequence dancing. Samuel L. Jacksons superlative monologuing. It is a loyalty to the low-lifes, and many other strange characters who are all bad and no one is a villain or a hero. And yet somehow, after years of terrible parody and rip-offs, it's their own, such as one might say after seeing it at midnight screening of passengers in the audience as it was seen it countless times (or If they are, the first time).
