Review: I'm a fan of V for Vendetta graphic novel and Alan Moore disinheriting the film is a bit disappointing. But he has always been a little crazy. In the film version has everything I could possibly hope for - gripping, Chilling, gripping, thrilling, heartbreaking. It will be Moore's music if not his exact words, elements are slightly different, subplots removed. But the idea - V itself would be so proud to say - are still the same. The plot is surprisingly complex and nuanced, and I do not want to reach ; got more away than the view you. Suffice it to say that a secret anarchist (voiced by Hugo Weaving) must rescue a young woman (Natalie Portman) in his attempt to uncover corruption in the government. Weaving was perfectly cast, with its heavy physicality and impressive voice to give weight to the madness of the characters. Portman has gone from child star and teen finally emerged as a gifted adult actor for his Oscar-nominated turn in closer. Here he gives his best performance to date as orphans Evey. John Hurt is characteristically wonderful as the enigmatic leader of the government, and Stephen Rea gives a wonderful supporting turn as a polisinspektöri task to find V -? Before it is too late. The former prot g Wachowski brothers, James McTiegue, take leadership roles here and Helms a huge wonderful first feature using every trick in the book on a safety tt reminiscent of his breakout hit mentors matrix. Unlike The Matrix, lets McTiegue story to be more of a focus than the plot, and as a result of the film is a taut and emotional thriller, with the explosion of spektakulä rt choreographed action and on. View more maturity and restraint than the Wachowski is McTiegue not show up, and his deception is not self-conscious. Once past a slow-motion sequence late action, it seems as natural as breathing. The late cinematographer Adrian Biddle (the film is dedicated to his memory) an outstanding job, the Oscar-nominated score Maria Ellis Dario a fantastic addition to the play, and the visual effects are impressive, scary, and deeply moving, especially in the climatic moment in Trafalgar Square. With solid acting, good storyline and amazing technical wizardry, it sounds like just another Matrix-style ripoff. But the biggest difference is that V is a story about real ideas - not a fantastic, science fiction creation, but a proper assessment of the human condition. The power of fear takes center stage here - fear of war, disease, famine. Fear is a basic human nature, and it is used as a weapon - a means of control - for centuries. And for those who want to use it, a masked man waiting in the shadows a performing your opinion. The verdict? At full strength. V for Vendetta is a must-see.10/10
